Since 2025, the Dialogue Center for Resilience and Empowerment (DCRE) has supported women and girls through virtual, one-on-one mentorship, coaching, and practical guidance to strengthen their resilience and confidence and expand their access to professional and higher education opportunities.

Delivered entirely online, our flexible, personalized approach connects participants with career development, university admissions, and scholarship pathways, regardless of geographic barriers. Through remote guidance and ongoing virtual engagement, we help participants navigate challenges, build their skills, and pursue their educational and professional goals.

The figures highlight our progress across two complementary areas: Career Readiness & Professional Development and Higher Education & Scholarship Support.
