Chair (President)

The Chair (President) of the Board of Directors of the Dialogue Center for Resilience and Empowerment (DCRE) brings over 30 years of progressive experience in international development, humanitarian action, and organizational leadership. His career encompasses extensive experience in complex operational environments abroad, with a significant focus on supporting community development, emergency response, and resilience-building initiatives in Afghanistan.

Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles with NGOs, where he oversaw program operations, strengthened governance systems, and guided mission-driven teams to deliver impactful results for vulnerable populations. His work reflects a deep commitment to accountability, integrity, and advancing sustainable, community-centered solutions.

As Chair of DCRE’s Board of Directors, he provides strategic oversight, promotes strong financial management and governance practices, and ensures that the organization remains aligned with its mission to advance dialogue, humanitarian action, resilience, and education for underserved communities. His broad expertise and long-standing dedication to humanitarian service continue to guide DCRE’s growth and global vision.

Co-Chair (Treasurer)

Co-Chair (Treasurer) of the Board of Directors of Dialogue Center for Resilience and Empowerment (DCRE) brings 8 years of specialized experience in climate adaptation, disaster risk management, and resilience programming across Asia, Africa, and Europe. His professional journey includes leading high-impact initiatives in some of the world’s most climate-vulnerable regions, with a strong emphasis on advancing community resilience and disaster preparedness in Afghanistan.

He has worked extensively with international development agencies, government institutions, and humanitarian partners to design and implement evidence-based climate solutions, risk-reduction strategies, and innovative resilience models. His expertise spans strategic planning, financial oversight, program design, and strengthening the adaptive capacity of communities facing climate-induced shocks.


As DCRE’s Co-Chair and Treasurer, he provides financial stewardship, governance leadership, and strategic guidance to ensure the organization’s resources are managed with the highest standards of transparency and accountability. His in-depth knowledge of climate resilience and disaster risk reduction directly contributes to DCRE’s mission to empower vulnerable communities through sustainable, forward-looking solutions.

Secretary

The Secretary (Member) of the Board of Directors at the Dialogue Center for Resilience and Empowerment (DCRE) brings 10 years of professional experience in operations management, with a strong specialization in procurement, supply chain systems, and organizational administration. His career includes extensive work with development and humanitarian organizations, where he has overseen operational systems, strengthened internal controls, and ensured compliance with international standards and regulations.

With deep expertise in procurement planning, vendor management, and policy implementation, he has played a critical role in supporting efficient, transparent, and accountable operational environments. His leadership in optimizing processes, managing resources, and reinforcing best practices has contributed significantly to the success of large-scale programs in complex and high-pressure settings.

As Secretary of the DCRE Board of Directors, he ensures effective governance coordination, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
