Education for Change
DCRE’s commitment to inclusive and transformative education as a cornerstone of lasting social change. The program safeguards and empowers vulnerable children—particularly street-connected, refugee, and displaced children—by providing safe, inclusive learning environments that integrate quality education, life skills, psychosocial support, and civic learning. Aligned with SDGs 1, 4, 5, 10, and 16, the initiative expands access to non-formal education for children excluded from formal systems while addressing protection risks such as abuse, exploitation, child labor, street violence, and early marriage, with a strong focus on safeguarding girls from gender-based violence and harmful social norms. Through family food support, including monthly food packages, DCRE reduces economic pressures that push children onto the streets, enabling consistent attendance, restoring dignity, building resilience, and empowering children and youth to contribute meaningfully to peaceful, inclusive, and sustainable communities.
Learning Without
Walls
Learning Without Walls is a digital education initiative that expands learning opportunities for girls by overcoming physical, social, and cultural barriers. Rooted in DCRE’s belief that education should know no boundaries, it empowers every girl to learn, lead, and thrive—no matter where she is.

Significant advancement in literacy, digital fluency, and progress toward higher education or specialized career paths.
Bridging the gender digital divide through community-led awareness and access-focused policy advocacy.
